Tost is the “toast” in Turkish but in a slightly different way.
Toast: sliced bread browned on both sides by exposure to radiant heat, such as a grill or fire but in Turkey, we prepare the “tost” with ingredients between two slices of bread.
More like panini, sandwich.
Toast a Tost
We only serve a “Tost” with sourdough bread and organic* ingredients. Our own products as drinks and sauces also placed in menu.
