I'VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Follow the forgot your password link on our Sign In page and enter your email address. You’ll then receive an email to reset your password.
HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER ON YOUR WEBSITE?
Here’s how:

Choose a category or brand from the top navigation menu or search to explore a specific brand

Select your desired item and click Add To Bag. Once you've added all items, it's time to checkout

Sign in to your account or, if you've not yet created one, continue via guest checkout

Enter your address, payment method and delivery details to place your order. We'll confirm the order and it will be carefully prepared and sent to you, with updates every step of the way.

PRODUCT SUPPLY CONDITIONS?
Products sold on tamamenorganiktost.com are limited to store stocks. After the customer's order, the stock of the product in the stores is checked, the customer is informed about the products that cannot be supplied because the stock is exhausted, and the payment is returned.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
All the products you purchase from sahibinden.com.com are delivered to cargo within 1-4 working days. An estimated arrival time is expected to be 1 business day for shipments within Istanbul, and between 1 and 4 business days for shipments outside Istanbul. The cargo company will deliver your order to the address you specified between 09.00-18.00 on working days.
WHAT SHOULD I PAY ATTENTION TO DURING CARGO DELIVERY?
When the cargo is delivered to you, if there is a case of crushing, deformation, wetness or damage to the product, open the box with the cargo officer and check the condition of your products. In case you see any damage to the products, do not take delivery of the products and ask the cargo officer to keep a report. The products that are recorded will be delivered to the cargo company by the cargo company and the products will be exchanged by us.

ORDER CANCELLATION

HOW DO I CANCEL MY ORDER?
If your order has not yet been delivered to cargo, you can send us your request via e-mail at dukkan@nowhappens.com or write to the Special Customer Relations Line at 0533 152 86 78 between 09:00 and 18:00, 7 days a week.

After your order cancellation request is approved, if the payment has been taken from your credit card, the refund will be made to your card. Payments in installments are returned in installments as per bank processes. Since the refund process differs depending on your bank, you can track your returns by contacting your bank.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

WHAT ARE THE RETURN CONDITIONS?
Should not have passed 30 days from the invoice date,

The product must be in resaleable condition.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET A REFUND AFTER THE RETURN?
After your return reaches the relevant warehouse, it is checked whether it meets the return conditions and the refund processes of the products that are eligible for return are completed within 7 working days. You will be notified by e-mail when your return transactions are completed by Tost. After this stage, the reflection time of the refund in your account varies depending on the bank processes. You can track your refunds by contacting your bank.
