Petra Roasting Co. was founded in 2013 and is now run by a small, passionate team.

Our main goal is to make everyone drink good coffee everywhere. 

After a long and detailed pre-study, we only buy green coffee that is suitable for the season, of which we are sure of its taste and source. We roast the coffee in our roasting house in Gayrettepe, with the respect we have for its nature and its journey from the branch until it reaches us. We also serve with reliable and innovative techniques while preserving the natural properties of different beans.
